Seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to enhance code deployment and infrastructure stability, focusing on AWS, automation, and Agile methodologies in a collaborative environment.
Senior DevOps Engineer wanted!
IDT is looking for a professional who'll help our Engineering Team build and deploy code better & faster and help transition to a more Agile mindset using industry standards.
In this role, you will:
- Provide support to a product with multiple teams.
- Maintain robust infrastructure in AWS using Infrastructure As A Code. Develop automation scripts and tools for system provisioning, configuration management, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software development and deployment requirements, and provide technical guidance on infrastructure and DevOps best practices.
- Identify and resolve infrastructure issues, including performance bottlenecks, network connectivity problems, and security vulnerabilities.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities by implementing backup, failover, and recovery mechanisms.
- Follow all best practices and procedures established by the company.
We would like you to have experience with this technologies:
- At least 5 years experience with AWS.
- 3 years of experience with Jenkins.
- Experience with Cloudformation.
- Experience with CDK
- Hands-on Python
- Good level of English – B2 or higher.
It would be good to have:
- Experience with Terraform.
- GitHub Actions is a strong plus.
- Writing Jenkins Pipelines on Groovy.
- Knowledge in networking engineering.
