We are looking for a Senior Designer, to join the London team. We want passionate about design, making stuff real and pushing the boundaries of ideas kind of person.
Someone who understands and is interested in what motivates people in the real world and can apply creativity and thinking to deliver work that makes a difference to their experience.
We want someone who loves to work in a team but is able to self-start. Someone who loves what they do and wants to grow to the next level.
The experience and requirements below outline the responsibilities of the individual:
Thinking and making:
- Can diagnose challenges and creatively solve them
- Ideates and creates impactful and memorable solutions for a dynamic spectrum of clients
Is passionate about big ideas as well as craftmanship - Can develop design concepts and solutions based on creative briefs
- Can tell clear and compelling stories about their design ideas
- Can adapt their style to suit the client need or task
- Can present and facilitate meetings and sessions with clients
Relationships:
- Can manage complex programs and challenges
- Hs experience in presenting to clients and building their trust
- Is a collaborator and can collaborate well with others
- Will find compelling ways to persuade clients in their work
- Can mentor junior members of the team
- Has experience in working with different skillsets – from strategy to CX
Commerciality:
- Can take ownership and iterate specific workstreams within a project and manage all related deliverables
- Has experience of working with client teams to help grow relationships
- Is willing to be actively involved in identifying and creating award entries and marketing activity
Leadership:
- Is eager to grow others and actively looks for ways to inspire and teach others
- Can hold themselves accountable for individual actions and responsibilities
- Looks to new places for inspiration and shares with the wider team
- Is an optimistic, motivated and focused individual even under pressure
- Helps to maintain balance and wellbeing in the wider team
