Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Visualization
- Perform in-depth analysis of complex data sets to extract patterns, trends, and valuable insights.
- Create clear and compelling visualizations to communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.
- Develop executive reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
Model Development and Optimization
- Apply machine learning techniques, such as clustering, classification, regression, and reinforcement learning, to build, train, and evaluate predictive and descriptive models.
- Leverage Python for data manipulation, machine learning algorithm implementation, and process automation.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve the efficiency of data management and analysis.
Collaboration and Strategy
- Work cross-functionally with engineering teams, businesses, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide analytical solutions.
- Define and develop product strategies that align customer needs with technological capabilities and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- English level: C1.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, AI, process automation, and machine learning.
- Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning.
- Strong statistical foundations with high analytical and numerical capabilities.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Experience with structured and unstructured database management languages.
- Knowledge of applying machine learning models like clustering, classification, regression, and reinforcement learning.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Proven ability to develop innovative products using Generative AI.
Desirable
- Knowledge and/or experience in BPM (Business Process Management).
