We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) with a strong background in digital! You will be responsible for new client implementations and relationship management as well as ensuring adoption and engagement with the Yext platform within our Reseller channel. Yext Resellers sell Solutions based on the Yext Platform to their end-clients. You will be responsible for building strong working relationships with customers, understanding their goals and objectives, and ensuring that they get the most out of their partnership with Yext. You will play an integral part in our business and will work in cross- functional teams including Sales, Support, Product and Product Management to accelerate usage and relay client needs. Salary is competitive and will be commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish consultative and trusted relationships with clients
  • Ensure client expectations are exceeded consistently
  • Be an expert on the Yext platform and products
  • Become the go-to person for technical integrations and consult with resellers to advise them on best practices
  • Understand client business goals and anticipate future needs to deliver efficient solutions
  • Identify areas for growth and expansion and collaborate with Sales to pursue these
  • Drive planning sessions to ensure client is able to fully leverage Yext to meet their performance and operational efficiency goals
  • Conduct strategic business reviews and check in points
  • Share product roadmap with customers and provide recommendations on how best to use or integrate new features
  • Be an industry leader and provide thought leadership for customers
  • Elicit client feedback to act as internal advocate for our clients
  • Be able to look at each account holistically, understand their business, and build relationships across teams within the organization
  • Engage with team leads, department heads and C-suite contacts, confidently providing guidance, recommendations, feedback and have the grit to find the path towards deepening partnership with each account

What You Have

  • BA/BS degree from an elite university
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital/Technology Account Management
  • Outstanding client service and relationship skills
  • Phenomenal communication skills and organized project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analysis and Excel work
  • Excitement for learning and development
  • Leadership in developing and delivering world class client presentations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines
  • Resilience, efficiency and solution-first approach to make clients successful
  • Resourceful, proactive, and independent
  • Experienced in on-boarding clients; implementation and integration experience

  • Blend of consulting, search/SEO, digital marketing, technological experience
  • Experience with Restful APIs.
