Why you will love this opportunity as Senior Credit Controller at Civica for an initial 12 month fixed-term contract

This role sits at the heart of our finance transformation, contributing directly to Civica’s growth by improving cash flow performance and embedding best-practice credit control processes. You will work closely with leaders across the business, influence operational effectiveness, and play an integral part in building a high-performing and future-ready finance function. What you will do to be successful in this role:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead credit control activities to achieve collection in collaboration with teams across the organisation
  • Mentor and support Credit Controllers to strengthen capability and embed consistent processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including supporting system integration and transformation activities
  • Manage a small portfolio of clients, ensuring a client-centric and solutions-focused approach
  • Support accurate and timely reporting, while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance operational efficiency and financial performance
