This position is based in our Munich office
As a Senior Corporate Communication Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the narrative of one of Europe's fastest-growing tech companies, directly influencing our market impact and brand reputation. This role involves elevating and transforming our corporate communication through strategic initiatives in press and media relations, executive communication, and internal communications. 

As part of our high-performing Brand & Comms team, you will play a critical role in driving global initiatives that enhance brand awareness and strengthen our reputation among target audiences. You will collaborate closely with the entire Marketing team and work cross-functionally with various Personio teams, including our founders and the Executive team, to pioneer innovative communication strategies that set industry benchmarks.

What you’ll do…

• Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communication strategy to lift the public image (awareness and perception) of Personio aligned with our vision & values across Europe

• Evolve and nurture our executive positioning and communications work, including speaking engagements, messaging matrix development, and support in high-stakes communication for CEO

• Lead our ecosystem of PR agency partners so that they can bring their best to our efforts, serve as PR spokesperson if needed

• Lead development and implementation of internal communication strategies, spanning our All Hands meetings all the way to our company slack channels

• Develops crisis communication concepts and procedures

• Own the editorial calendar 

What you need to succeed…

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

• 10+ years of professional experience in international Corporate Communications, including internal communication, ideally at high growth technology SaaS companies

• Experience managing IPO (pre / post) communication efforts

• Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills, balancing structure, and creativity.
