What You'll Do
- Design and execute both qualitative and quantitative research studies for product and marketing teams.
- Represent global consumers, presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Track and synthesise historical data to inform product strategy and innovation.
- Conduct research to support multi-region go-to-market strategies.
- Moderate qualitative sessions (focus groups, IDIs) and manage surveys from end to end.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years' experience in market research or consumer insights, ideally in the CPG sector.
- BA degree required; Master's a plus.
- Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken).
- Experience with survey tools, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication, time management, and insight storytelling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and travel up to 10% (EU/US).
