Como Contable Senior, formarás parte del equipo contable local y colaborativo. Trabajarás bajo la supervisión del Gerente de la Unidad de Negocio y serás responsable de la contabilidad de las empresas clientes dentro de la cartera asignada, con un enfoque en un sector específico de clientes, así como de la supervisión de roles junior.
Algunas de tus responsabilidades serán:
- Contabilidad, elaboración de informes, elaboración y emisión de facturas para varias empresas
- Conciliaciones bancarias, elaboración y presentación de liquidaciones tributarias y SII, elaboración y revisión de cuentas anuales.
- Servicios Corporativos y Contables
- Preparar todo tipo de cuentas, pagos, flujo de caja, informes, estados financieros, posición de caja y posición fiscal de las empresas clientes.
- Elaborar reportes regulatorios a terceros.
- Teneduría de libros de asientos contables y archivos justificativos relacionados
- Ayuda con las auditorías proporcionando información.
- Conduce, revisa y ejecuta la administración financiera de los clientes.
- Monitoreo del flujo de efectivo: analiza, concilia los movimientos del flujo de efectivo y realiza una revisión de las respuestas/evidencia sobre inconsistencias y datos basados en evidencia.
- Preparación y revisión de la conversión de Estados Financieros de otros GAAP a SP GAAP o viceversa
- Concilia inversiones aprobadas, documentos de compra, etc. con movimientos de efectivo.
- Preparar y revisar la gestión de efectivo, incluida la gestión de cuentas bancarias e instrucciones de pago.
- Prepara estados financieros consolidados
- Obtener información contable para declaraciones de impuestos y preparar archivos de presentación de impuestos para STA
- Analiza, revisa y presenta diferentes declaraciones de impuestos.
- Revisa, inspecciona y analiza diferentes declaraciones de impuestos.
- Gestiona la carga de trabajo del equipo, monitorea la calidad y cantidad de los miembros del equipo.
- Formación a los miembros del equipo.
- Preparar y revisar informes financieros para clientes como balances periódicos, cuentas de pérdidas y ganancias y cuentas anuales.
¿Qué habilidades técnicas, experiencia y cualificaciones necesitas?
- Mínimo 6 años de experiencia laboral en puesto similar, preferiblemente en empresa multicliente.
- Licenciatura o máster en Contabilidad o ADE.
- Gran dominio del inglés para hablar con fluidez con los clientes (B2/C1).
- Buenas habilidades de presentación.
- La atención a los detalles y la capacidad de manejar múltiples demandas en un entorno acelerado son esenciales.
- Habilidad para gestionar con eficacia múltiples proyectos/tareas, cumplir con los plazos y trabajar bien bajo presión.
- Un enfoque proactivo de las tareas diarias y una persona orientada al equipo.
- Deseo de trabajar con diferentes culturas.
