About us

We're Transform.
Transform is a fresh alternative to Big Consulting. As an end-to-end transformation partner, we define, design, build and operate systems that solve our clients’ toughest challenges and seize their biggest opportunities. That often means combining strategy, data, AI, technology, and change management. Sometimes we manage and operate the systems we create; other times, we hand it over for the client to run – standing by to make improvements when things change. It all comes down to making an impact: improving lives, supporting citizens, streamlining workflows, and making the world a better place. We specialise in public sector and public-facing organisations—from government agencies and local authorities to energy, utilities, transportation and healthcare. We also work for some of the world’s most dynamic brands across automotive, retail, financial services, and consumer goods. We work closely (often on site) with our clients; to deliver impact you are keen to help us build the workforce of the future, we should talk.
We’re all in! That's what gets us out of bed every day. We hope you feel the same.

Key Responsibilities
The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Product & Delivery team.
As a Senior BA, you’ll help some of the UK’s largest organisations make evidence-driven decisions. You’ll be part of a growing team in London/Manchester, and you’ll work across a variety of complex projects and client environments in the public and private sectors. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs, technology solutions and users, bringing structure and clarity to complex problems, and you’ll put data, analysis and evidence at the fore of client decision-making.
As a senior consultant, you’ll build trusted relationships with clients, confidently advise and challenge stakeholders, and provide leadership and direction through ambiguity and change. You’ll recommend and support organisations to deliver better experiences and technical products for their users, stakeholders and customers. We’re motivated by solving challenging problems, and you’ll be responsible for proactively identifying opportunities, shaping solutions and delivering meaningful outcomes for clients.
You will need to show a passion for what you’ve done and pride in your achievements. We’re a team with a growth mindset, so we look for people who bring curiosity, actively seek different perspectives, continuously develop their craft, and help others to grow and succeed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analysis to understand complex client challenges, identify root causes, generate insights and recommend solutions using appropriate business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research, data and analytics to develop evidence-based recommendations that improve products, services and user experiences.
  • Analyse and improve business processes, services and operating models, selecting the most appropriate methodologies for the client context.
  • Work with product and service owners to shape requirements, priorities, roadmaps and delivery plans across the product lifecycle.
  • Define outcomes, success measures and performance frameworks, using evidence to assess and improve value delivery.
  • Elicit, analyse and manage functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into user stories and ensuring traceability throughout delivery.
  • Build trusted stakeholder relationships, facilitate workshops and support alignment, decision-making and consensus across diverse groups.
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary agile teams, providing leadership, managing risks and dependencies, and driving successful delivery outcomes.
  • Contribute to the Business Analysis Community of Practice by sharing knowledge, improving standards and supporting capability development.
  • Coach and support junior colleagues through guidance, feedback and line management responsibilities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Significant Business Analysis experience within multidisciplinary agile teams across the full product and service lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions and identify root causes.
  • Experienced in leading analysis and providing direction in complex environments where requirements or solutions are not fully defined.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, including facilitating decisions and translating complex information into clear recommendations.
  • Skilled in using evidence, research and data to inform decisions, prioritisation, roadmaps and business cases.
  • Experience defining outcomes, success measures and performance frameworks to drive value and continuous improvement.
  • Able to guide teams through problem exploration, analysis, prototyping and solution development while maintaining a focus on user and business outcomes.
  • Experience supporting organisational change, ideally within the public sector or similarly complex organisations.
  • Comfortable working in consultancy environments, quickly building credibility and adapting to new clients, sectors and challenges.
  • Committed to continuous learning, knowledge sharing, coaching and developing others.
