The Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Brand Designer to elevate our brand identity and visual communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create compelling designs that resonate with our audience and align with our strategic goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative branding solutions that enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of brand assets, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and visual guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
  • Create high-quality marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and social media graphics.
  • Conduct market research and analyze design trends to inform brand strategy and design decisions.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a creative environment.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and defend design choices with rationale.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of design innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand design or a related role.-
  • Demonstrable knowledge of color theory 
  • Mastery of the core Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Media Encoder) and other relevant tools and software  
  • Skilled in Figma
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design with some UX capability
  • Able to work with and, art direct photography
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work and a deep understanding of brand identity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.
