Brand Management, Identity and Design:

  • Safeguard and champion our visual identity, ensuring consistent messaging and execution across all marketing platforms, channels and materials.

  • Help refine and update comprehensive brand guidelines and templates to drive consistent application of the brand.

  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to bring the brand to life.

Brand Positioning and Messaging:

  • Craft content and campaigns that bring our brand positioning and unique value propositions to life for our target audiences; thinking like a customer.
  • Use our messaging framework to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Draft content in our tone of voice and consistent with our brand narrative.
  • Support new strategic launches with branding, messaging, and content needs.

Team and Development:

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support the Head of B&C to track against budget.
  • Mentor and coach more junior colleagues on areas of expertise in brand and content.

Communications strategy and execution:

  • Create content and deliverables as part of our communication strategy encompassing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own specific projects and deliver engaging content across various channels (e.g., website, social media, press releases, internal communications).
  • Support central public relations in line with the strategy to ensure favourable coverage and a positive public image.
  • In conjunction with colleagues in the People team, create internal communication plans and activities to ensure employees are informed and engaged with the evolving brand and company transformation strategy.

What You’ll Bring:
