We are seeking a talented and motivated Secured Sales Manager to join our highly skilled team. As a Secured Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in in driving performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance within the Advisor, Trainee Advisor and Case Manager functions at FFML. This role is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer journey, ensuring optimal conversion rates and maintaining adherence to compliance and training procedures. This is a unique opportunity to join an industry leading financial brokerage. Aro Money are a highly established and reputable financial lending platform, we work with some of the most prestigious and growing financial institutions globally.

You will be part a very successful team within the ClearScore Group with a clear strategy for success and growth.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and manage the Advisor, Trainee Advisor and Case Manager functions to drive performance and efficiency.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer journey, ensuring high satisfaction and optimal conversion rates.
  • Oversee the Sales and Case Manager departments, maximizing profitability while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
  • Embed a “Customer First” culture, ensuring the right customer outcomes at every stage.
  • Monitor call quality, customer file audits, and satisfaction metrics to uphold service excellence.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching and development opportunities for staff.
  • Define and implement KPIs, regularly assessing their relevance to business and regulatory needs.
  • Foster strong collaborations with internal teams to align business and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and strengthen partnerships with lenders to drive conversion and product development.
  • Encourage and support technological improvements to enhance processes and customer interactions.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance.
  • Promote a culture of ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ (TCF) and ensure employees understand their role in supporting it.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for staff to ensure compliance with Customer Conduct Rules.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required by management.
