As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for dealing with product delivery, initially for Two development squads to support our App Development Tribe. Working within our teams, you will support the delivery of defined App features as efficiently and predictably as possible.
There will be occasions where client support/interaction will be needed within some of the ceremonies such as backlog refinement, therefore flexible working hours may need to be agreed upon. Working with the Head of Delivery Execution, you will facilitate ceremonies and other meetings, remove impediments and encourage collaboration to aid in meeting sprint goals to drive the dev squad(s) forward. You will also be expected to increase efficiency, and velocity and motivate the team, as well as ensure quality and timeliness including that the definition of done is being strictly adhered to.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver Squad coaching using a servant leadership style where relevant and leading by example.
- Help and guide the team in practically applying the Agile/Scrum practices and values in their day-to-day activities.
- Guiding the team on how to get the most out of self-management.
- Ensure the continual improvement of processes within the Scrum teams.
- Help and support the team in meeting their sprint goals and overall commitment to continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- A proven track record and minimum of 2 Years experience as a Scrum Master.
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Knowledge of a variety of channels, technology and architecture, such as APIs and microservices.
- Previous experience working with relevant tooling such as JIRA, and Atlassian Suite.
- An ability to build relationships, able to influence, challenge, and engage well with all stakeholders.
