Location: Manchester
Hybrid Working – 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home.

Role Purpose

The SAP Analytics Cloud Analyst supports the development & delivery of planning products in the Digital Finance team within FP&A. This role is pivotal in driving and supporting our financial planning and analysis initiatives through the effective use of the planning solution. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud and demonstrate proficiency in customizing SAP Business Content, particularly in Integrated Financial Planning and Operational Workforce Planning. Additionally, be capable of understanding gaps in SAP Content and propose solutions aligned with Lonza’s financial processes. The role requires functional and technical expertise

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Digital Finance team to design, implement, and optimize SAP Analytics Cloud Planning solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on the technical features and functionalities of the planning solution.
  • Customize and enhance SAP Business Content to meet the specific needs of Integrated Financial Planning and Operational Workforce Planning.
  • Support the team in preparing workshops to design future solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions to upskill finance teams on the new processes and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customizing SAP Business Content.
  • Deep technical knowledge of solution features and functionalities.
  • Successfully delivered 1-2 planning applications.
  • At least 3 years of expertise in SAP Planning solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
