Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Coordinator to join our London team and boost our sales function.

Your Impact

You'll report to the Sales Operations Lead and play a crucial role in:

  • Enhancing our sales processes
  • Boosting sales team productivity
  • Supporting commercial teams across Intelligence, eLearning, Advisory, and Events

Your Day-to-Day

As our Sales Operation Coordinator, you'll:

  • Be the go-to expert for sales operations queries
  • Manage Salesloft users and sales cadences
  • Maintain Salesforce and Excel reports and dashboards
  • Update sales process documentation and training materials
  • Onboard new Salesloft and Salesforce users
  • Ensure timely lead delivery to sales teams
  • Keep sales pipeline data accurate and up-to-date
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Connect people and projects across the organization

Qualifications

You'll bring:

  • Sharp organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A drive for high-quality work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS applications, especially Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Salesloft (a nice to have)
