Mirakl launched Mirakl Ads in November 2022, an innovative retail media solution that empowers businesses to monetize their eCommerce web traffic across both marketplace and first party offerings while delivering more value to advertisers, marketplace sellers and publishers. Mirakl Ads is a unique collection of tools that sets it apart from other platforms. By leveraging Mirakl's knowledge in eCommerce best practices, product data management, and conversion optimization, we have developed a purpose-built Retail Media solution that maximises sales and enhances profitability through digital advertising expenditure.

In order to facilitate the swift adoption of Mirakl Ads and actively contribute to our growth, we are currently looking for a Manager of the Sales House to join our Paris office

Your Impact: In the role of Manager of the Sales House for Mirakl Ads, you will become a valuable member of our activation team. Your primary responsibilities will entail developing Mirakl's retail media activities through a combination of business development and account management efforts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Participate to the definition of the Sales House strategy 
  • Structure and optimize the Sales House process
  • Develop a team of business developers in charge of maximizing both the volume of active advertisers and the value invested in advertising solutions 
  • Define the adequate mechanisms to follow the performance (Ads income evolution, dashboard, performance of key advertisers)
  • Lead strategic meeting and negotiations with Mirakl Ads prospect and live client
  • Support the definition of the growth strategy with Mirakl Marketplace operators business owners (targets, propositions, action plans)
  • Understand business needs in order to develop adapted features  
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Product team to ensure the success of our clients

Key requirements:

  • You have a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Finance 
  • A prior experience in Management of Business Development, Sales or Account Management teams is mandatory
  • Experience in online advertising/retail media is preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills 
  • You are familiar with AI centric environment 
  • You have an appetite for commercial prospection and B2B relationships 
  • You are a highly business-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments 
  • Fluency in French and English languages is required.
