About you:

You’ll lead a close‑knit team of Account Managers working across the People MLB. You’ll support them to grow sales of Select products and other Access People solutions. Alongside leading the team, you’ll also own your own sales target, so you stay hands‑on and close to customers.

You’ll be joining at a time of real momentum, where our People technology, Human Capital Management (HCM) software and AI‑driven tools all come together through Access Evo. You’ll bring a calm, commercial approach to forecasting and performance, and you’ll keep things simple for customers to make sure they get the outcomes they need.
This isn’t a turnaround role or a blank sheet of paper. It’s an opportunity to guide a strong team and help them build on what’s already working, adding your leadership and commercial discipline to take things even further.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team of Account Managers, working closely with them to keep pace, quality and focus
• Own your own sales target while supporting the team to deliver accurate forecasts and strong revenue performance
• Manage and grow a varied customer base across Select products and the wider People MLB
• Drive cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across existing customers, while identifying selected new business opportunities.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience leading sales teams while still selling yourself, with a clear sense of what good looks like
• A background in business‑to‑business software sales, ideally in Human Capital Management or People systems
• Strong analytical skills, using data to understand performance and guide the right actions
• Confidence in forecasting, deal coaching and performance conversations, while avoiding micromanagement.
