- Drive Performance: Own team targets for ARR, cross-sell, and retention, aligning execution with strategic goals and OKRs.

- Sales Excellence: Build and scale sales processes, support deal strategy, and champion a customer-first approach.

- Mentor & Develop: Be a hands-on leader who thrives on building a winning team culture through coaching, feedback, and enablement.

- Shape the Strategy: Contribute directly to the regional go-to-market strategy while leveraging the support of a global sales organization

What You Bring:

- 3+ years of experience as a quota-carrying Mid-Market or Enterprise Account Executive

- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams that exceed targets

- Experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles and selling with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message

- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage negotiations involving multiple stakeholders

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; fluent in both German and English

- High EQ leadership style – transparent, empathetic, accountable

- Passion for mentoring, hiring, and developing top-tier talent

- BA/BS required; MBA or relevant experience a plus

- Self-starter mentality, thrives in dynamic and evolving environments

Why Join Monday.com

- Be a foundational team member of monday.com’s new Munich hub with real influence on the DACH strategy
