As Country Sales Manager Foodservice Greece & Cyprus, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities for the region. Reporting directly to the Sales Director Food Service South East, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the food service industry.

What you'll be doing.
- Develop and execute Foodservice sales strategies for Greece & Cyprus to achieve business objectives
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team, fostering a culture of performance and collaboration
- Identify and capture market opportunities by analyzing local trends and customer insights
- Manage relationships with key accounts and distributors, overseeing negotiations and contracts
- Represent McCain at national and regional industry events, reinforcing our reputation and presence
- Collaborate with local and regional marketing, supply chain, and commercial teams
- Monitor sales performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and ethical standards
- Promote innovation and process improvement within the sales organization
What you'll need to be successful.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in sales leadership for Foodservice or FMCG markets
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the food service industry, with a focus on local QSR
- Demonstrated track record in managing and developing sales teams
- Strong knowledge of Greece & Cyprus Foodservice market
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious targets
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical ability to interpret market data and formulate insights
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets
- Tech: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Languages: Advanced level in English; fluent proficiency in Greek (spoken and written)
- Valid driver's license (for company car)
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly within the region: Greece & Cyprus
