About You:

We’re seeking a commercially driven leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about building high-performing teams. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, balancing growth ambitions with genuine customer advocacy.

You’ll be confident in driving revenue expansion through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell strategies, while fostering strong customer relationships. If you’re adaptable, data-driven, and motivated to create scalable processes that deliver exceptional outcomes, this role is for you.

Day to Day You Will:

  • Lead and scale the Account Management function, driving ARR growth across the Eploy customer base

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that balance retention with expansion opportunities

  • Recruit, coach, and inspire a team of Account Managers to deliver outstanding commercial results

  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

  • Monitor performance metrics, forecast accurately, and maintain pipeline hygiene using Salesforce and Clari

  • Travel to customer sites and team meetings as required – a valid UK driving licence is essential

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Tenured experience leading Account Management or Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment

  • Proven ability to deliver revenue growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell strategies

  • Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
