About the Role

As Sales Manager, you will report to the Sales Director for Global Marine & Navy Installations and lead a team of sales professionals focused on delivering HVAC, Refrigeration, and Fire solutions to the naval sector. You will be instrumental in developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless project delivery from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a high-performing regional sales team.

  • Drive B2B sales strategy and execution in the naval sector.

  • Develop long-term relationships with shipbuilders, defence contractors, and government entities.

  • Oversee technical specifications, quotations, and project budgets.

  • Manage CRM systems and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align commercial and operational goals.

  • Represent Johnson Controls externally and mentor emerging talent.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with a background in defence or complex engineering sectors, ideally with experience in naval or maritime industries. You will bring strategic vision, direct execution, and a customer-centric mindset to every challenge.
