As a Sales Executive, you will play an important role in creating a strong customer experience and supporting vehicle sales performance. This role is suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, guiding customers through purchasing decisions, and contributing to a high-quality retail environment where service and commercial results go hand in hand.
Hours 40
Salary - £27,010 plus OTE bonus plus company car
Responsibilities- Handle walk-in showroom buyers and guide them through the sales journey.
- Manage relationships with repeat customers to encourage long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Present finance options as part of the sales process.
- Identify opportunities to upsell within customer sales conversations.
Requirements
- Experience in automotive retail sales.
- Experience presenting finance options within a sales role and upselling as part of the sales process.
- Confident handling walk-in showroom buyers and managing repeat customers.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Experience selling premium or luxury products would be an advantage.
- Experience in showroom-based sales is a plus.
