The Digital Enablement Specialist - Sales / Go-To-Market for the EMEA region will be responsible for driving the development, adoption and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud, pricing, and quotation tool (CPQ), sales analytics, new digital sales and commercial tools including AI powered, ecommerce and performance enhancements within the GTM organization.

This role will work closely with the Go-To-Market(GTM) teams in the EMEA region to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and provide training and support to ensure the effective use of these tools. Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing a digital enablement roadmap for the EMEA region in support of the above-listed scope.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop Digital Enablement Plan - Develop and maintain a digital enablement plan for the EMEA. Coordinate with the global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for the plan. Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of the digital enablement plan.
  • Manage and improve - tools, processes, and practices - Conduct regular assessments of the current state and future needs of the digital GTM tools and capabilities in the EMEA region as well as define and prioritize the key initiatives and projects to enhance the digital enablement in the EMEA region. Evaluate and recommend new digital GTM tools and solutions in close collaboration with the Knowledge Management team that can provide value to the EMEA organization. Collaborate with GTM teams in the EMEA region to identify areas for improvement in the use of Salesforce Sales Cloud, pricing, and quotation tool (CPQ), Sales Analytics, new digital sales and commercial tools, ecommerce, and performance enhancements within the GTM organization. Develop and implement solutions to improve the adoption and effectiveness of these tools. Deliver training and support to GTM teams to ensure the effective use of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Sales Analytics, and future digital and commercially related sales tools.
  • Drive Analytics - Monitor and analyse usage data to identify trends and areas for further improvement, develop an analysis reporting framework.
  • Align to Best Practice - Act as a pioneer in using digital tools and new ways of working - Effectively use all digital tools to enable collaboration with customers digitally. Strong contribution to developing the future of GTM enabled by the digital tools for Ingredion. Utilize digital solutions to plan and conduct meetings, presentations, and training with relevant stakeholders at customers. Stay up to date with the latest developments and best practices in CRM, Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Sales Analytics and sales and commercial related AI tools.
  • Be a solution provider – Utilise and deploy customers’ need on the first approach with a solution and uncover key customer pain points and needs, and together help in generating a value-adding solution.
  • Internal Stakeholder Management - Develop an effective working relationship across relevant functions. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Sales Analytics, and future commercial related digital tools, with other systems and processes. Participate in global CRM governance meetings on behalf of the EMEA region and coordinate with supply chain and other related functions for commercial function.

Qualified candidate will have:

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in a relevant business and or business technology focused discipline.
  • Experience with Data Analytics, Salesforce, CRM and other related sales and commercial processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with data management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as stakeholder management

Desired Requirements

  • Experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) or GTM enablement-related activities in the EMEA region is a plus.
  • Salesforce certification is a plus (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in data analytics and translation data into business value 
  • Experience in leading and managing complex projects with corresponding change management.
