The role

 

We’re seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative III to join our team. This role is designed for top outbound sales professionals who consistently drive high-quality pipeline into the sales organization. You will own the most strategic outbound motions targeting high-value accounts, penetrating buying committees, and creating new revenue opportunities through consultative, value-based conversations.

This role plays a critical part in Solera’s growth by opening doors, creating demand, and delivering revenue-ready opportunities in the sales pipeline

 

What You'll do

 

  • Own a strategic outbound territory focused on high-value target accounts and new revenue opportunities
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (calls, email, LinkedIn, video, etc.) to penetrate buying groups and create demand
  • Research, prioritize, and plan account outreach to identify decision-makers, pain points, and deal potential uncovering business challenges. 
  • Deliver high-quality outbound handoffs to Account Executives with strong deal strategy, context, and buying intent
  • Own outbound pipeline creation, driving consistent contribution to monthly and quarterly revenue goals
  • Maintain strong CRM accuracy to support forecasting and territory planning

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent sales experience required.
  • 2+ years of SaaS sales or BDR experience, preferably in an outbound capacity.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas through disciplined prospecting and pipeline creation.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools.
  • Strong communication, discovery, and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a results-driven, high-volume environment while collaborating across teams.
  • Passion for technology, continuous learning, and personal growth.
