The role involves working closely with prospects and clients, particularly in areas like Grants, Capital Allowance, Energy Tax Relief, R&D tax credits, and Patent Box schemes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, contact, and qualify potential leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring all leads are nurtured and moved toward closure.
- Conduct high-quality discovery conversations to assess fit and qualify leads
- Confidently present innovation funding solutions, highlighting the value and benefits of tax relief services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients for ongoing engagement and cross-sell opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tax legislation changes, and innovations in grants and R&D funding to engage effectively.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, prospects, and pipeline progress to the VP of Operations and the Business Development team.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Directors and teams to create and execute targeted sales campaigns.
Experience in at least one of the following areas is preferable:
- Grants
- Capital Allowance
- Energy Tax Relief
- R&D Tax Credits
- Patent Box
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 1-3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience required.
Computer Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, and Internet research.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Limited supervisory responsibilities, including team training and development, in line with company policies and regulations
