For our store in Manchester (Hilton Street), we are looking for a full time Sales Assistant (m/f/x).
Your Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting
Ensure optimum sales levels are met
Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed
Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look
To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business
Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction
Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers
Your Profile
Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible
Excellent communication and 'people' skills
Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
