Join us as Sales Account Manager for Print Optimization & Planning and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven print solutions across Europe. You'll drive the growth of Phoenix, our innovative product that's redefining print optimization. Collaborate with a small, passionate team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. By building strong relationships with customers and uncovering new opportunities, you'll directly influence our success and market leadership. Work closely with technical presales experts to craft tailored solutions that resonate with C-level executives. This role empowers you with autonomy and flexibility to make strategic decisions that matter. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere within Europe.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Engaging with exisiting clients: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and introducing them to Phoenix as part of Esko's ecosystem.
- Prospecting New Opportunities: Identify and reach out to potential clients across Europe, demonstrating how Phoenix can enhance their print optimization processes.
- Collaborating with Partners to Drive Indirect Sales: Work closely with our partners to drive indirect sales, providing them with the support and resources they need to effectively promote Phoenix within their networks.
- Presenting Integrated Solutions to Executives: Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to C-level executives, explaining the value of Phoenix as part of the wider Esko ecosystem.
- Strategizing Sales Efforts: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth, aligning Phoenix within Esko's portfolio to meet customer needs and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Managing Your Schedule and Travel: Manage your schedule in a remote position, with approximately 50% travel within Europe and up to 4 nights away from home per month. You will have the flexibility to plan your travel according to clients' needs and your work-life balance.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Must have value selling experience (Printing Packaging Industry). Production planning technology or MIS selling experience is a plus.
- Drive and energy, with an entrepreneurial and creative outlook to develop new business
- Strong verbal & written communication (fluent English, plus either German, French, Italian or Spanish)
- Adept at cross-functional collaboration, with a consultative approach and strong relationship building, listening, influencing, and organizational skills
- Flexible to travel across EMEA and visit customers up to 50% of the time
