About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Associate Sales Executive to join the Blackbaud Europe commercial team and take the next step in their sales career. This is a growth-focused role designed for individuals ready to transition from Sales Development into full-cycle sales.

You’ll work closely with experienced Account Executives to develop your skills, deepen your understanding of the fundraising landscape, and build strong relationships with social impact organisations. This is an exciting opportunity to grow into a consultative sales role, with structured support, coaching, and exposure to a wide range of sales strategies and customer scenarios.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with Account Executives to learn and apply best-in-class sales techniques

  • Build and nurture relationships with key non-profit organisations across the UK

  • Identify and understand customer challenges in fundraising and technology

  • Present tailored solutions that deliver measurable impact and ROI

  • Develop strategies across our portfolio of Fundraising CRMs, Grant Making Solutions, and Digital Services

  • Manage your own book of business, from pipeline generation to deal closure

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a Sales Development, charity partnerships, or fundraising role

  • Passion for the social impact space and a desire to help mission-driven organisations succeed

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a consultative approach

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership of your development
