The Role

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our GTM Operations team and play a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and scaling our revenue operations infrastructure.
Reporting to the Head of Go-to-Market Operations, you will be the owner of CRM and sales operations data hygiene, ensuring HubSpot is accurate, reliable, and aligned with our sales processes.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Leadership to maintain workflows, improve reporting, and support efficient, data-driven revenue execution.

What will you be doing?

CRM & Data Management

  • Own HubSpot CRM data hygiene, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all objects (companies, contacts, deals, activities).
  • Define, document, and enforce CRM governance rules, including field usage, lifecycle stages, and deal pipeline standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues, duplicates, and process gaps.
  • Optimise CRM & GTM tech stack by ensuring workflows, automations, and integrations are up to date, well-documented, and scalable for a growing business.

Reporting & Insights

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, and sales performance fully utilising our GTM Tech Stack.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to deliver reliable reporting for quarterly business reviews to support data driven decision making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Finance and Leadership and other functions to ensure data consistency between CRM and downstream systems.
  • Integrate CRM with other internal systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Provide training to cross functional teams on how to maximise our CRM & GTM tech stack.

What are we looking for?

  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM operational roles.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (configuration, workflows, reporting, data management).
  • Solid understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes, pipelines, forecasting, and GTM metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Reporting tools and Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable working with large, structured datasets.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven, with a strong sense of data ownership.
  • Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
