What you'll do:
Are you an excellent communicator, ready to deliver business-critical solutions as part of our Revenue Operations team, while working semi-independently across multiple departments within our organization? Do you get motivated by the idea of making a measurable impact on the bottom line and enjoy looking for operational improvements across a variety of areas such as email communications and Salesforce processes?
Our Revenue Operations department is looking for a Revenue Analyst to work with the Director of Revenue Operations to make those measurable improvements daily. You will be responsible for working interdepartmentally to gather requirements, architect solutions, and implement them expeditiously with strong attention to detail.
In this role you will:
- Work with multiple stakeholders across departments to identify and implement operational improvements and help to build new processes
- Work on several projects simultaneously, continuing to push improvements forward
- Handle and optimize routine tasks as dictated by existing processes and workflows
- Interface directly with multiple stakeholders across departments
- Apply strong project and time management skills to keep track of multiple projects at once
What you'll need:
- BA or BS in related field
- 1–2 years of experience using a CRM such as Salesforce
- Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced environment and pivot to ad hoc tasks as needed
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
Bonus points for:

Compensation:
The salary range for this role will begin at $65,000 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 6%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).
Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays. Additional details on our total compensation package and benefits are listed below.
