Job Description
As a Resource Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and strategic resource planning across our product development, engineering, and technology teams. Working within the Planning & Resource team, you’ll support the effective allocation, governance, and optimisation of resources to ensure alignment with business priorities and delivery timelines.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Planning & Resource, you will lead initiatives to improve workforce planning, streamline processes, and support the achievement of business objectives through robust, data-informed decision making.
You'll be joining a small, high-performing team with a wide remit and ambitious goals. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate data set to reflect who all our P&T resource are and where they are aligned to ensure one single source of the truth
- Collaborate with key teams that feed into the data set to ensure a high level of data integrity which will drive data driven decisions throughout P&T
- Partner with our TA, Finance and HR teams to oversee the governance of vacancy approval to ensure it adheres to our audit requirements
- Work closely with our selected key 3rd parties to effectively manage contingent labour requests
Qualifications
Essential
- Intermediate excel skills, ability to write formulas and produce pivot tables is essential
- Experience in working with a large, continually changing data set
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proven experience of effectively managing stakeholders of all levels
- Proven experience of governance and process management
- Comfortable in delivering collaborative meetings
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired
- Experience of using resource planning tools and software
