Regional Sales Executive – Industrial Fans

Location: Hybrid (ideally based in the UK)

Reporting to: Functional and Hierarchical Manager


Purpose of the role

We are on the hunt for a Regional Sales Executive ready to build fantastic direct relationships with key and potential clients across Europe and far beyond. You will team up closely with our proposal teams, becoming the warm friendly knowledgeable face of Halifax Fan Group – turning every exciting opportunity into solutions.

This role puts you right in the centre of our “customer first” mission. You will stand up for what clients really need, keep our brilliant teams in the loop and make every promise sparkle into lasting, happy partnerships.


This is a sales role packed with real wow factor. You will help shape the way we delight clients, champion cool innovations like our product configurator and add even more shine to our reputation as experienced FAN:gineers - delivering super reliable efficient solutions all around the world.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout of our sales process, practices and guidelines across the whole team.
  • Keep a super clear, exciting plan to grow business with new friends and our valued existing customers.
  • Coach everyone in our organisation on the disciplines that create true customer love and long term trust.
  • Enjoy brilliant face to face customer visits – building trust, sharing stories and really understanding what makes them tick.
  • Bring clever, flexible thinking to win the best business – always keeping our operations rock solid.
  • Give top priority energy to developing and launching our Halifax Fan product configurator.
  • Jump in with enthusiasm to deliver our product development plans and schedules right on time.
  • Make sure top notch technical and process flows through every part of the selling journey – so every promise to internal and external customers is spot on and happily delivered.
  • Bring sharp focus to make the very best use of our working capital.
  • Drive a no compromise safe health and safety culture – keeping every team member smiling and secure.
  • Shine with strong cross functional teamwork – you love collaborating and making things happen together.

What we need from you

  • An engineering or technical degree is a big plus. 
  • Over five years of hands on operational or technical sales experience specifically in the industrial fan sector is ideal.
  • Brilliant cross functional skills – you thrive when working hand in hand with different teams.
  • Happy and confident with up to fifty percent travel to meet clients, spark new relationships and explore those exciting opportunities.
  • Love using LinkedIn and digital tools to spot opportunities and make them happen.
