In this role, you will be an integral piece of the pharmacy support team, serving as the clinical program lead for strategic operations and workflow inspection efforts. This includes acting as the pharmacist SME for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between systems, PMO, and frontline clinical teams. Your success will be driven by your ability to lead with accountability, bridge execution gaps, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and incredible customer service. What You'll Do:
- Owns pharmacy process change management and related communication to site teams, ensuring changes are clearly documented, understood, and adopted.
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational quality, consistency, and efficiency across pharmacist workflows.
- Partners with Learning & Development to scope, build, and deploy training for new or revised processes, ensuring readiness at all levels.
- Manages the implementation and coaching support for SME-led workflow changes across sites, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
- Collaborates with cross-functional partners to evaluate existing processes and recommend solutions that reduce variation and improve scalability.
- Tracks and reports on the effectiveness of implemented changes, surfacing opportunities for further refinement.
- Supports ad hoc operational initiatives related to process improvement, regulatory
- compliance, team enablement, or new program launches.
What You'll Need:
- Active pharmacist license in good standing in home state
- Commitment to obtaining pharmacist licenses in states needed as dictated by the business
- Proven record of delivering complex projects and business goals
- Understanding of pharmacy continuous improvement tools and methodology, along with pharmacy quality programs
- Ability to work alongside pharmacy management across the network to ensure consistency in pharmacy processes
- Ability to partner closely with other departments and be subject matter expert formultiple teams
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to support full pharmacy network
- Ability to work a variety of schedules including evenings, holidays and weekends as needed
