THE WORK:

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our marketing efforts across the EMEA/UK. You’ll serve as the go-to-market (GTM) expert for your regions, acting as the key liaison between marketing and field/sales teams. Your mission? To drive demand generation, increase brand awareness, and build a solid pipeline while tailoring strategies to the unique dynamics of your markets.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring marketing strategies to life and ensure alignment with regional goals. Additionally, you’ll act as the primary marketing point of contact for the Regional Managing Director, keeping them informed on campaign performance, pipeline progress, and strategic initiatives. This role demands a focus on achieving results, excellent cross-functional communication skills, critical thinking, and the capability to transform insights into effective marketing plans.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and implement regional GTM and awareness strategies tailored to key markets and customer behaviors.
  • Implement targeted account-based marketing strategies to nurture and convert high-potential prospects.
  • Cultivate partnerships with local associations and organizations to amplify brand presence.
  • Plan and deliver impactful regional webinars, content, newsletters, and speaking opportunities for regional SMEs.
  • Organize and deliver regular business reviews across sales and marketing to report on progress, upcoming marketing campaigns, and support a continuous feedback loop across the teams. 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 

  • 5–7 years of experience in regional marketing, demand generation, or a related field (B2B and/or fintech experience preferred).
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing GTM strategies for diverse markets.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with serious attention to detail and a dedication to excellence.
  • Experience with ABM, pipeline influence, and regional demand-generation programs.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills to work across teams, including sales, content, and growth marketing.
  • Expertise in localization and understanding of cultural nuances across global markets.
  • Demonstrating initiative and passion to achieve meaningful results.
