Role

We are seeking a  Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team, with a dedicated focus on supporting our offices across Europe and APAC. We are looking for a recruiter who can manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across levels and skill sets.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple requisitions across global time zones, ensuring the recruitment process is seamless and efficient. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of hiring for technical and data-driven roles, with the ability to source, engage, and hire top talent to meet our global business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment for the Data Function:
    • Lead the recruitment process for a variety of roles.
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role, including technical skills, experience levels, and team fit.
    • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Global Recruitment Across Time Zones:
    • Effectively manage recruitment efforts across multiple global regions, ensuring smooth coordination and communication across time zones.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates globally, providing a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Sourcing and Talent Pipelines:
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet the current and future needs for a variety of roles. 
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Partner with stakeholders within the organization to define hiring priorities, set expectations, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights into market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Experience managing multiple global roles across different time zones and levels.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
