Job Description

As a Receptionist you will be responsible for ensuring delivery of the front of house service to the required standard at our offices.

You will be a vital member of our dynamic Reception team, where you will have the opportunity to engage with both internal and external customers, including members of Senior Management.

As the first point of contact, you will be instrumental in creating a positive and professional impression of the Company, contributing to a smooth and welcoming environment for everyone.

You will take the initiative in managing your responsibilities, ensuring that every task is executed to the highest standard and within set deadlines. A proactive approach will be key in creating a seamless experience for our front of house operations.

Qualifications

  • High attention to detail.
  • Flexible and enthusiastic approach to multiple tasks.
  • Computer literate with practical experience using Microsoft programmes such as Excel and Word.
  • Excellent timekeeping.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Possession of a full UK driving licence is essential.

Additional Information

  • Keeping the visitor log up to date, including promptly and accurately filing completed paperwork.
  • Liaising with the Training department and Service Desk to create and print Net2 passes for employees and contractors.
  • Processing DHL postal requests, ensuring information is accurate.
  • Monitoring the reception and car-parking mailboxes, responding to enquiries or notifications of planned visitors.
  • Booking conference calls and updating relevant systems.
