Essential Functions:
- Welds on all types of steel.
- Welding - Mig & Arc, cutting torch.
- Hand tools - grinders, drill press and hand drill.
- Assist in fabrication of simple tools, jigs and fixtures.
- Must be able to work from blue prints or sketches.
- Responsible to support preventative maintenance for racks.
Position Requirements
- Proficient in Mig & Arc welding
- Kamtek certified forklift operator
- Technical procedures/blue prints.
Education/Trainng:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in welding (Mig & ARC), drilling, grinding (preferred)
- Kamtek forklift certification required
- Experience in basic machining such as milling, turning, cutting and fabricating
Experience:
5-10 years experience in Automotive, or industrial manufacturing.
