What you can expect
The Quality Systems Engineer supports and consults the organization and projects regarding quality methods and processes according to Automotive SPICE.
- Accompanies the continuous improvement in process development
- Parternership with external Automotive SPICE institutions and consultances
- Consults internal and customer projects to comply to Automotive SPICE
- Defines, implements and maintains internal standard for performing ASPICE Assessments
- Performs Assessments and Gap Analysis to evaluate the compliance of projects to Automotive SPICE Standard
- Consults and supports internal ASPICE Assessors in performing assessments
- Analyses the Assessment Findings for systematic improvement actions
- Plans and performs Overview and detailed ASPICE trainings
- Continuously improves the training material
- Implements ASPICE requirements into the Quality Management System
- Consults project by tailoring the standard process
- Interfaces with Engineering Quality regarding ASPICE project support
What you'll bring
- >5 years experience in main activities or similar activities in Automotive Industrie
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Automotive SPICE Standard
- Knowledge of advanced in Automotive Standards (e.g. APQP, ISO 26262, Cyber Security)
- Knowledge of advanced in agile methods
- Knowledge of advanced Requirements, Configuration Management and Project management
- Experience in development for automotive applications (Software and/or system) in the automotive industry
- Comprehensive skills in performing ASPICE Assessments
- Advanced skills in Quality Methods (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, etc.)
- Advanced skills in performing Reviews and Review Methods (e.g. Peer Reviews, Inspection, Walkthrough)
- Advanced skills in Process Development and in performing trainings
- ASPICE Certified Competent Assessor
- Advanced English (speaking & writing)
