Job Responsibilities:
Nonconformance Management

• Lead root cause investigations of nonconformances.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement Preventive/Corrective Actions (PCA).
• Manage nonconforming raw materials, components, and finished goods in accordance with Magna procedures.
• Maintain records and provide necessary information for analysis and reporting on quality costs to management.

Claims Activity

• Lead claims activities related to customer complaints and warranties in accordance with the problem-solving procedure (8D).
• Report claim status to management.
