Job Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in daily quality engineering activities related to production and product validation.
- Support problem-solving and root cause analysis for internal and customer quality issues.
- Participate in corrective and preventive action processes (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone).
- Help monitor and analyze quality metrics such as scrap, defects, and rework.
- Support inspection activities, including dimensional checks, gauge verification, and testing.
- Assist with documentation and control of PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and work instructions.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing waste and improving process capability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics) to ensure product and process compliance.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Minitab or similar statistical tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- This internship program is a continuous program offering 29 hours a week with a flexible schedule.
