About This Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Support Center (RSC) Quality Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and compliance of telecom site implementation activities through remote inspection and validation. You will review field execution data, conduct quality audits, and ensure alignment with customer requirements and Ericsson standards.
This position is vital in driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and consistent high-quality delivery across diverse projects.
What You Will Do
  • Remotely supervise NRO field teams across various telecom projects.
  • Verify site quality evidence and review submitted data using Ericsson tools, ensuring compliance with approved checklists and standards.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports summarizing completed tasks, acceptance results, and Quality Index (QI) outcomes.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to field teams.
  • Investigate incidents during site activities and share findings with project teams.
  • Serve as first-line support for escalated customer issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct technical and awareness sessions to improve team competence and share updates on new technologies.
  • Support project teams during hardware and solution trials.
  • Participate in on-site visits for critical cases such as trials, KPI-challenged sites, or on-the-job training (OJT).
  • Communicate effectively with field teams using remote tools and ensure all actions are traceable.
  • Maintain progress and tracking sheets using Excel or other reporting tools.
  • Utilize and support NRO tools such as ERITOP, RA Tool, SRS, and IMK.
  • Achieve high scores in internal quality audits.
  • Monitor and comply with Ericsson KPIs such as First Time Right (FTR) and Quality Index (QI).
  • Ensure inspection sessions are completed within target timelines in coordination with ASP engineers.
  • Provide behavior ratings for ASP readiness during each session.

The Skills You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in telecom network rollout, quality assurance, or remote inspection.
  • Strong knowledge of site implementation standards, telecom infrastructure, and quality auditing.
  • Experience in Remote Support Center (RSC) operations or quality control is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with Ericsson NRO tools (ERITOP, RA Tool, SRS, IMK).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of telecom site implementation and quality control.
  • Ability to identify and resolve quality gaps through investigation and analysis.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting and coordination.
  • Capability to conduct technical and awareness sessions confidently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and remote collaboration platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and willingness to support occasional site visits.
