The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of testing across the Corporate Services Business Unit. This role ensures alignment with Quality Engineering standards, drives continuous improvement, and promotes a strong quality-first culture. The QA Manager collaborates with stakeholders, suppliers, and central QE teams to deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end testing activities, ensuring alignment with QE guidelines and frameworks.
- Define testing scope, approach, and resource requirements based on business demand.
- Partner with business stakeholders to assess testing demand, agree on team size, and ensure delivery within budget.
- Act as the primary QA point of contact for Corporate Services.
- Engage and manage third-party testing teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure adherence to testing best practices and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with the central QE team to adopt best practices, tools, and frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across testing processes.
- Assess and define requirements for test automation, non-functional testing, and service quality.
- Ensure appropriate engagement with QE technical specialists when required.
- Work with environment leads to support effective test environment planning, availability, and management.
- Champion the importance of quality and testing within Business Units.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive quality assurance.
- Actively participate in Communities of Practice (CoP) sessions.
- Share insights, lessons learned and contribute to organisational QA maturity.

Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in QA and test management across complex environments
- Knowledge of QE frameworks, automation tools, and non-functional testing
- Proven stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience working in Agile and/or DevOps environments (preferred)
- Experience of working with Playwrite for automation, jira, zepher and loadrunner (preferred)
