In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Testing Techniques: Employ a mix of black box, white box, and grey box testing techniques to ensure comprehensive coverage, uncovering hidden glitches and enhancing system robustness.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our development teams to refine and perfect features, bringing creative solutions and fresh perspectives to the table.
- Lifecycle Participation: Actively participate in the development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, ensuring that quality is ingrained at every step.
- Critical Thinking: Use your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate through challenging scenarios, turning potential setbacks into opportunities for improvement.
- User Experience Champion: Be a champion of user experience, ensuring that the platform not only works flawlessly but also delights our users with its intuitiveness and efficiency.

- SOPs & Standards: Responsible for keeping our standards in QA the highest it can be, and creating/maintaining the processes and resources needed to achieve it.
- Proven experience in QA testing for a medium/large size Saas application
- An expert in developing QA processes, test cases and product flows, to be used by future engineers as the QA team grows.
- A passion for quality assurance and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in software testing and familiarity with various testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude, with a knack for learning new technologies and adapting to changing environments.
- Amazing communication skills in both writing and speaking.
- Experience with automated testing, either Cypress or Playwright.
- Experience with Zephyr
