About the Team

Our team in provisioning is made up of over 100 people who work tirelessly to keep PXC connected. We deliver connectivity that affects the lives of most people in the UK, for example we connect Supermarkets, Coffee shops, Health centres and GP surgeries to ensure they can serve their customers and the community. Due to the critical nature of our work, we are a passionate bunch of people who always strive to put the customer first in our mission to be “Easy to do Business With”.

About the Role

As a market leading provider of wholesale Ethernet services in the UK, we pride ourselves on delivering great service in our mission to be the wholesale provider of choice.

To deliver this mission, our Delivery specialists will build authentic, purposeful, and professional relationships with our Partners to understand their business aims and objectives ensuring they can make best use of delivery cycle to maximise business outcomes.

This is a pivotal role to ensure we maximize order realisation and achieve our 'Value' aims through reduced cost to serve.

What you will be working on

  • You will be a subject matter expert on all Ethernet products (e.g. EAD, EoFTTC, EFM).

  • Work with our partners to monitor and understand their order management performance, paying particular attention to their leakage, contact rate, delays, order exception rate and time-to-provide.

  • Attend weekly, monthly calls with customers & suppliers where appropriate to build relationships and provide education on how best to work with PXC.

  • Co-ordinate customers projects including upfront calls with Bid teams to win business, and upfront calls with customer to walk through best practice.

  • Manage high level escalations and problems orders end to end, escalating into the right channels with our key suppliers and internal teams.

  • Pro-actively identify and intervene on problem orders, working with our off-shore fulfilment centre and suppliers to bring them back on track.

  • Inform on requirements for new products or propositions coming to market and suggest improvements that could be made for the future development roadmap.

  • Take customer calls and resolve any issues customers have with their Ethernet orders.

  • Working with multiple suppliers who offer a range of products with different delivery journeys, this will include transactional activity.

  • Create support documentation content to optimise partner adoption of our services and tools.
