Overview: As a Proposal Manager at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.

The Proposal Manager will coordinate and produce the proposal (RFI, PPQ, ITT, RFP etc.) response by assembling a proposal team that has the right skills to create compliant and compelling proposals that effectively communicate the value of the Litera products.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and experience working across multiple teams to meet strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work with the sales team to capture proposal requirements, define winning proposal strategies, and define proposal plans that will deliver high quality outcomes for our customers.

· Create a positive proposal environment by working collaboratively with sales, marketing, product teams, professional service, support, finance, and our external counsel to prepare and submit winning proposals on time.

· Deliver high-quality proposals by coaching the virtual teams in the application of persuasive writing skills and proposal best practice, e.g., ability to define win themes with a sales team, storyboard a proposal, as well as create simple yet persuasive graphics that promote key themes to prospects.

· Support and inform the pricing process so that it is aligned to the requirements of your proposal and guide the sales team through business approval processes.

· Produce professional and impactful proposals across a range of formats

· Drive efficiency within the proposal process by managing reusable proposals and content using the companies internal knowledgebase

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, MBA or advanced degree a plus.

· 3+ years of experience planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposals within a software business (preferably with Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 experience).

· Strong experience in

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

· Excellent written, editing, communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.

· Strong ability to analyse RFPs and understand complex customer requirements.

· Excellent in winning the support of subject matter experts by presenting proposal strategies, driving the sales team to meet sign-off requirements, as well as producing professional proposals and presentations for qualified prospects.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
