The Project Sales Manager will focus on acquiring strategic IP projects in the Energy Transition segment, preparing and negotiating proposals, and ensuring the specification of EB products in project scopes while developing sales strategies. The role includes collaboration with internal teams and attending industry events to secure long-term growth.

Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of Strategic IP Projects with our EPCs / First Fit OEMs and End User customers, focusing on, but not limited to, the business segment of Energy Transition, in order to secure long-term aftermarket growth
- Key project sales role in the global EagleBurgmann Organization, drive and deliver all project related activities in all phases (Pre-EPC / EPC / Quotation Phase)
- Identify decision makers within the project by using e.g. Miller Heiman methodologies
- Prepare and negotiate project proposals, including selection of seals and systems with support of our Application Engineering Teams
- Push for EB products to be specified and that we are on the project AVL / preferred for the specific project and develop sales strategies to secure the targeted project scope
- Develop and execute sales and technical presentations at customers
- Identify, and attend strategically aligned industry conferences/exhibitions/meetings
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree, preferably mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent experience/qualification
- Some experience/knowledge in project negotiation and coordination as well as working with Engineering Contractors
- Experience in rotating equipment, mechanical seals or capital project experience, preferably within the Process / New Energy industry (e.g. Hydrogen, Biofuels, Circular Economy, Battery Technology etc.)
- Proven track record in conducting international business and dealing with foreign cultures and business behaviors, confident attitude (internal and external)
- Good social skills and the ability to collaborate are considered a prerequisite
- High self-motivation and strong networking skills
- Keen willingness to learn and develop new approaches
