This is an incredible time to be part of the FMN Delivery Team! Our fast-paced, dynamic environment is both challenging and rewarding. As a Project Manager, you’ll be backed by a dedicated engineering and project controls team that shares your drive for success.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who is ready to:

  • 🛠 Lead and Track Progress – Drive the execution of delivering design packages of work, ensuring alignment with performance baselines.
  • 📂 Manage Project Documentation – Keep all necessary records up to date and compliant.
  • 💰 Control Budgets – Stay on top of expenditures and ensure spending aligns with approved plans.
  • Schedule for Success – Develop and maintain project schedules to keep everything on track.
  • 📊 Report with Insight – Provide performance updates, including earned value and variance analysis.
  • 🔍 Drive Continuous Improvement – Analyze data and implement strategies to enhance delivery performance.
  • ⚠️ Mitigate Risks – Proactively identify and manage risks.
  • 🔄 Support Change Management – Play a key role in adapting to project changes smoothly.
  • 🔗 Manage Dependencies – Oversee project interdependencies, ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
  • 🤝 Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Supply Chain, Safety, and Regulatory teams to resolve any conflicts.
  • 📈 Champion Best Practices – Contribute to a culture of excellence in project management.

  • 🚀 Your Impact as a Project Manager You will be responsible for delivering complex and critical design work, which may include FEED design in mechanical, EC&I, and systems engineering.

📌 Your Key Accountabilities:

Deliver assigned design work 
📉 Manage cost and schedule performance.
🛡 Identify and mitigate risks.
👥 Lead and support assigned project managers.
📑 Ensure effective project setup, governance, and closeout.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 🎓 Degree qualified in an engineering discipline.
  • 📅 Project Management experience in planning, controlling budgets, and driving to schedules within a technical environment.
  • 🛠 Engineering and technical competence, sufficient to enable effective decision-making.
  • 💼 Understanding of cross-functional roles such as purchasing, commercial, and engineering management.
  • 📋 Well-organized, with a systematic and rigorous approach to planning work and priorities.
  • 🤝 Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong teamwork and collaboration.
  • 🗣 Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics effectively.

Additional Information

Location: Any AEIL Office 

Security Clearance

Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK BPSS security clearance.
