At Lineage, the Project Management Office (PMO) plays a critical role in supporting the achievement of the company’s strategy.

Our PMO partners with teams across functions to drive projects ranging from business integrations and growth strategies to operational improvements and supply chain design. We are looking for a Project Manager to join this dynamic European team and make a significant impact as part of our fast-growing company.

Travel Requirement: Up to 50%

The role

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage key projects, to align with Lineage’s broader corporate strategy.

  • Collaborate with business process owners to identify and scope areas of opportunity, defining solutions and executing projects to meet business needs and objectives.

  • Demonstrate creativity in scoping, managing, and implementing projects, while adhering to project timelines and ensuring quality control throughout the process.

  • Work collaboratively with all levels of the organization, including executives, managers, front-line employees, and technical experts, to achieve successful project outcomes.

  • Proactively manage schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.

  • Apply Change Management principles to guide teams through transitions and ensure successful adoption of new processes.

  • Provide consistent project updates, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and ensure alignment across teams for optimal results.

  • Support other project managers, ensuring adherence to project management principles and best practices.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field or equivalent business experience (a relevant advanced degree is preferred).

  • Has project management experience within a corporate PMO, consulting, or a related field, particularly with a focus on acquisitions, integrations, and operational improvements.

  • Has experience in Change Management, ideally with knowledge of ADKAR principles of change, and is comfortable managing transitions in complex environments.

  • Is familiar with Lean and/or Six Sigma and certified in Lean and/or Six Sigma and/or PMP is a plus (though not essential).

  • Demonstrates strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead diverse teams to achieve project goals.

  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office software, with advanced Excel and data modelling skills, and is comfortable using analytical tools to drive decision-making.

  • Is fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is desirable but not essential.

  • Is willing to travel up to 50% to manage and support projects across locations.
