For our realization team in the UK we are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to take ownership of a new and exciting Business Project from order through to final acceptance by the customer.
Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, you will have a critical role to play in aligning suppliers, ensuring robust cost management, and delivering projects with Health and Safety considerations at the forefront.

Your tasks

  • Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.

  • Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team.

  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables.

  • Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization.

  • Managing the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.

  • Participating in customer presentations, site meeting and other project related pre-sale and post sales activities. These are generally to be performed in conjunction with other colleagues but may also be required to be undertaken on your own.

Your profile

  • Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing projects, with a strong preference for experience in intra-logistics or a related environment.

  • Autonomy: Capable of independently managing and scheduling work according to the shifting priorities of multiple projects.

  • Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Extensive experience in managing and aligning multiple stakeholders, particularly in working with suppliers.

  • Customer-Oriented: A strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations.

  • Industry & Technical Experience: Hands-on experience conducting site surveys is a plus, contributing to effective project planning and execution.

  • Health & Safety Awareness: Knowledge and understanding of relevant Health and Safety regulations, ensuring compliance and safety throughout project execution.

Educational Background

  • Solid educational background in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Logistics, or Technical Sales Management.

Mobility & Flexibility

  • Willingness to Travel: Open to traveling extensively throughout the UK, as required by project needs.

Salary indication: £ 40, 000 - £ 50, 000/year.
