For our realization team in the UK we are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to take ownership of a new and exciting Business Project from order through to final acceptance by the customer.
Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, you will have a critical role to play in aligning suppliers, ensuring robust cost management, and delivering projects with Health and Safety considerations at the forefront.
Your tasks

Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.

Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team.

Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables.

Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization.

Managing the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.

Participating in customer presentations, site meeting and other project related pre-sale and post sales activities. These are generally to be performed in conjunction with other colleagues but may also be required to be undertaken on your own.
Your profile

Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing projects, with a strong preference for experience in intra-logistics or a related environment.

Autonomy: Capable of independently managing and scheduling work according to the shifting priorities of multiple projects.

Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Extensive experience in managing and aligning multiple stakeholders, particularly in working with suppliers.

Customer-Oriented: A strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations.

Industry & Technical Experience: Hands-on experience conducting site surveys is a plus, contributing to effective project planning and execution.

Health & Safety Awareness: Knowledge and understanding of relevant Health and Safety regulations, ensuring compliance and safety throughout project execution.
Educational Background

Solid educational background in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Logistics, or Technical Sales Management.

Willingness to Travel: Open to traveling extensively throughout the UK, as required by project needs.
