SUMMARY:As a Project Manager, you are the foundation of our delivery team, focusing on mid-sized technical projects. You provide critical visibility, service reviews, and reporting throughout the implementation lifecycle. You are a professional who moves fast to discover simpler ways to deliver results for our customers while adopting a deeply "Customer-Centric" mindset.

Project Governance: Maintain project documentation and track task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia.
Work Structures: Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associate effort and resource naming to specific tasks.
Meeting Leadership: Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up.
Conflict Management: Navigate internal resource conflicts effectively to keep projects on track.
Success Metrics: Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target and achieve CSAT scores greater than 4.0.
Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA/Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture.
SnowPro Core (required within 60 days of hire).
Fluent in English and local language fluency where required (any Scandinavian language, Dutch or French)
